Heritage Law is paperless and utilizes practice management software to centrally manage billing, time tracking, matter information, contacts, appointments, documents and document assembly. All staff log into one remote, secure server over the Internet which is a repository for all firm data and software applications. We have a VoIP phone system which allows staff in different locations to use the same phone line and system. We have a remote answering service which answers client calls during the business day if a staff member is out of the office and routes the message appropriately. All staff have a computer, high speed Internet, a VoIP phone and a scanner at their home offices. The firm retains traditional offices for meeting with clients.
Better Brand : We have refined our firm name, logo and marketing materials to create a recognizable brand and to promote our leadership role in the community. Our brand and marketing materials will make it easier for you to improve the number and quality of your clients.
Better Compensation : At traditional larger law firms, one-third of every dollar collected goes to overhead, another third goes to partner profits and only one-third goes to the working lawyer. Solo lawyers are generally able to keep only 30-40% of the billed dollar. At Heritage Law, a percentage of our revenue is payable to lawyers at our branch offices. This enables you to earn much more money than you could at a traditional law firm or as a solo, while billing fewer hours. And as a contractor, you will also be able to deduct all of your expenses related to your law practice.

Heritage Law provides highly trained administrative and paralegal staff, takes care of bills and collections, lawyer training, IT support and many of the other support tasks that large law firms provide.
